Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required for all bookings.

Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

We understand that plans can change, however we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in your deposit being forfeited.

Running late?

Please give us a call if you're running behind. We'll do our best to fit your treatment into the remaining time, but it may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next client isn't kept waiting.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used to pay your deposit and the balance of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for three years from purchase and are not redeemable for cash. Voucher bookings are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation terms above.
